Background information about 'Total Steel'
Hold onto your studded belts because Sacrifice just delivered the ultimate metallic knockout punch with "Total Steel"! This 1990 masterpiece from Japan's most uncompromising thrash warriors isn't just an album – it's a sonic bulldozer that flattens everything in its path with nine tracks of pure, unadulterated heavy metal fury.
What makes "Total Steel" so damn special? These Tokyo metalheads took the crossover blueprint and twisted it into something uniquely devastating. Picture the crushing weight of Venom meeting the hardcore punch of Cro-Mags, all filtered through a distinctly Japanese lens that makes everything sound both familiar and completely alien. Each track here is a marathon of riff worship – most songs clock in over five minutes, giving you maximum time to drown in their hypnotic, hammer-blow approach to songwriting.
For fans of:
Venom, Razor, Carnivore, Cro-Mags, Nasty Savage, Celtic Frost, Power Trip, Iron Age
