Background information about 'Feberdrömmar (Del Ett)'

Originally intended as a re-issue of the "8 1/2" compilation but instead expanded into two seperate albums with just as many new unreleased tracks!

FEBERDRÖMMAR (DEL ETT) features a new intro and interpretations of older SHINING songs by Maniac (SKITLIV), Pehr Sjöldhammar (ALFAHANNE), Attila Csihar (MAYHEM), Famine (PESTE NOIRE) and Gaahl (TRELLDOM).

"Feberdrömmar Del Ett" emerges as a haunting exploration into the depths of human despair and existential musings. Crafted by the enigmatic force known as Shining, this album intricately weaves elements of black metal with an avant-garde touch, resulting in an auditory experience both consuming and exhilarating. The tracks unravel like a psychological journey through shadowed corridors of the mind, punctuated by intense instrumentation and ethereal soundscapes.

Each composition on this record delves into themes of self-destruction and the struggle for meaning amidst chaos. The production is both raw and polished, maintaining the visceral intensity that Shining is renowned for while introducing layers of complexity that invite repeated listens. "Feberdrömmar Del Ett" stands as a testament to Shining's mastery in evoking powerful emotions through their distinct sonic tapestry.
