What makes this record so damn special is how The Ghoulstars blend their obvious love for classic horror with serious songwriting chops. "Graverobbers From Outer Space" pays perfect homage to Ed Wood's cult cinema while delivering a chorus that'll have you headbanging in your grave. The title track showcases their range beautifully – surf beats colliding with heavy riffs and transitions that would make even the most jaded metalhead's hair stand on end.
