Background information about 'Disquiet'
Unreqvited's debut LP "Disquiet" is an exploration of emotions through a unique blend of post-black metal and melodic elements. The album eschews traditional black metal intensity in favor of a more atmospheric, melancholic soundscape, featuring shimmering blackgaze melodies and grand orchestral arrangements. The tracks are imbued with a sense of frozen desolation and somber introspection.
"Disquiet" stands out with its synthesis of expansive post-rock textures and tortured vocals, creating a haunting yet uplifting auditory experience. This vinyl edition includes a bonus track, offering listeners an exclusive glimpse into Unreqvited's creative universe.
