Background information about 'Vomiting Corpses - The 90s Regurgitations'
What an absolute treasure trove for death metal maniacs! Avulsed's "Vomiting Corpses - The 90s Regurgitations" is the ultimate retrospective of Spain's most notorious gore-obsessed death metal machine during their most creative decade. This mammoth 4CD collection chronicles the band's entire 90s catalog, from their raw debut "Eminence In Putrescence" through the experimental "Cybergore" era, the crushing "Stabwound Orgasm", and culminating with the brutal "Carnivoracity".
The journey begins with their primitive yet devastating early works, showcasing Avulsed's signature blend of technical brutality and gore-soaked imagery. The inclusion of "Cybergore" - their infamous parody album - demonstrates the band's twisted sense of humor without compromising their musical integrity. Bonus tracks scattered throughout include unreleased rough mixes, blistering live performances from Madrid's legendary Sala Caracol, and killer covers of Carcass, Sodom, Demigod, and Brujeria. This collection perfectly captures why Avulsed became the undisputed kings of Iberian death metal, delivering relentless riffs, pummeling drums, and Dave Rotten's unmistakable guttural growls.
