Founded by the legendary Anders Odden in 1988, Cadaver carved out their own bloody niche in the Norwegian extreme metal underground with a sound that was both brutally technical and devastatingly catchy. These demos and live recordings capture the band in their absolute prime – raw, hungry, and completely uncompromising. The remastering job by Patrick W. Engel brings new life to these recordings without sacrificing that essential grit that made them so powerful in the first place. From the crushing riffs to Odden's commanding vocal delivery, every track here demonstrates why Cadaver managed to secure a deal with Necrosis Records and release their landmark album "Hallucinating Anxiety" in 1990.
