Seregor's theatrical snarls and narrations are in top form, switching between characters with the manic energy of a one-man horror play, while Ardek's orchestral arrangements swell and crash like a Danny Elfman score dipped in corpse paint. The drums hammer with surgical precision, and Namtar's blastbeats hit like slamming doors in an abandoned asylum. This is black metal as cinema — grotesque, beautiful, and absolutely merciless.
