Background information about 'Uumen'

When four former members of the beloved Finnish metal act Ghost Brigade reconvened in Jyväskylä in late 2020, their creative synergy gave birth to Ceresian Valot. This newfound ensemble features multiple songwriters and two vocalists singing in Finnish, led by guitarist and primary composer Wille Naukkarinen. Their debut album "Uumen" ("Depths") unveils a dynamic and multidimensional soundscape, weaving together elements from alternative rock to various metal genres. Written entirely in Finnish, the lyrics explore themes of insecurity with a mix of melancholic reflections and glimpses of hope amidst the gloom.
