Three years after their debut "Bloodmoon" turned heads across the traditional heavy metal underground, Kerrigan are back with a record that feels like it was forged in some forgotten Freiburg rehearsal room in 1985 and polished for a new century. "Wayfarer" is the sound of a band completely in command of their craft, and it's an absolute joy to hear.
Guitarist and vocalist Jonas Weber calls the album "dreamy, melancholic and pretty versatile," and he's not wrong.
