Background information about 'Blossom'
Originally released in 2015, "Blossom" showcased Nachtzeit's evolution into a realm of luminous beauty that truly captivated listeners worldwide. This remarkable album brims with meditative and wondrous tracks that marked one of Lustre's most inspired creative periods, featuring shorter, vibrant compositions that moved beyond the project's ambient roots to explore hopeful melodies and a more organic sound palette. The transformation was nothing short of breathtaking, as each track unfolds with an almost ethereal quality that speaks to the soul.
Now re-issued on limited multi-colour vinyl, "Blossom" stands as a testament to a magnificent era of growth and transformation in Lustre's discography. The album represents a pivotal moment where atmospheric black metal meets post-rock sensibilities, creating something truly special that resonates with both longtime fans and newcomers alike. This reissue allows a new generation of vinyl enthusiasts to experience the magic that made this release so beloved in the atmospheric metal community.
