Background information about 'Fuck The Universe'
Swedish black metal masters Craft unleash their most vicious and uncompromising statement with "Fuck The Universe", a devastating double album that stands as one of the genre's most nihilistic and brutal offerings. The band's third full-length showcases their evolution from raw underground extremists to masters of calculated sonic violence, delivering eleven tracks of pure misanthropy that burn with the intensity of a thousand dying suns. From the opening apocalyptic fury of "Earth A Raging Blaze" to the closing darkness of "Principium Anguis", every moment drips with contempt for existence itself.
The album's production perfectly captures Craft's signature sound - razor-sharp guitars cutting through the darkness while blast beats pummel listeners into submission. Tracks like "Assassin 333" and "Xenophobia" demonstrate the band's ability to craft memorable riffs within their wall of hatred, while "The Suffering Of Others" stands as a monument to their philosophical darkness. This isn't just black metal; it's a complete rejection of hope wrapped in some of the most expertly crafted extreme music ever recorded.
For fans of: Mayhem, Darkthrone, Gorgoroth, and Watain
