Originally recorded in 1989 during their infamous split sessions with Disharmonic Orchestra, this collection showcases the band at their most primitive and unhinged – a testament to the era when death metal was still finding its most savage voice. The studio recordings capture that unmistakable late-80s production rawness that modern bands desperately try to recreate, but Pungent Stench delivered naturally with crushing authenticity.

What makes this release absolutely killer is the inclusion of "The Pleasures in Life" compilation tracks from the same legendary studio session, plus bone-crushing live recordings from Rockhaus 1989 that serve as historical documents of underground metal's most formative period.
