Product information "SCALPTURE · Landkrieg | CRYSTAL PURPLE/GOLD LP"

Purple/gold marbled vinyl with insert.

Limited to 300 copies.

Background information about 'Landkrieg'

"Landkrieg," the fourth onslaught by SCALPTURE, breaks musical boundaries with lethal precision. The album delves into the Thirty Years' War, a conflict that ravaged Germany from 1618 to 1648, leaving an indelible mark. Staying true to their death metal roots, SCALPTURE has honed their sound through relentless touring and studio work. Their new tracks are brutal yet allow room for variety and unexpected turns. Founded in 2009 in Bielefeld by guitarist Felix Marbach, SCALPTURE has always been committed to classic death metal while crafting their unique style. The band's thematic focus is war, explored through detailed historical research without glorification or clichés. Despite its grim subject matter, the band upholds values of tolerance and peace.
