Dark crimson red marbled double-vinyl.

Background information about 'Voidkind'

Scottish progressive metal collective DVNE returns with their most ambitious statement yet on "Voidkind", a sprawling double album that pushes the boundaries of heavy music into uncharted cosmic territories. The band's third full-length offering showcases their evolution from atmospheric post-metal pioneers into something far more expansive and otherworldly. Tracks like "Summa Blasphemia" and "Eleonora" demonstrate their mastery of building tension through layered compositions that seamlessly blend crushing heaviness with ethereal passages, while the epic "Cobalt Sun Necropolis" serves as a perfect culmination of their artistic vision.

The album's conceptual depth matches its sonic complexity, with each track contributing to a larger narrative about existential transcendence and cosmic horror. DVNE's ability to weave together elements of doom, progressive rock, and atmospheric black metal creates an immersive listening experience that rewards repeated exploration. The production allows every instrument to breathe while maintaining the crushing weight that defines their sound, making "Voidkind" essential listening for anyone seeking music that challenges conventional genre boundaries.
