Only two years into their existence, this ominous German entity delivers a debut full-length that sounds like the work of seasoned veterans. This isn't your typical black metal salad of randomly thrown-together riffs. These guys know how to craft songs that breathe and evolve, shifting seamlessly between blistering tremolo-picked passages reminiscent of Dissection and Mayhem, palm-muted thrash brutality, and atmospheric slow-burn arpeggios that channel the dark majesty of Watain and Ondskapt.

What sets "Fiery Paths" apart is its dynamic songwriting – each of the six tracks (including an instrumental opener) takes you on a journey through different tempi and moods. Standout cuts like "Eternal Exodus" and the absolutely exceptional "Tomb Procession" with its slithering groove prove that Infernal Presence understands the art of tension and release.
