This self-titled debut from Jex Thoth is nothing short of mesmerizing - a haunting journey through shadowy corridors of psychedelic doom that feels both ancient and timeless. Originally released in 2008 and now lovingly reissued by I Hate Records, this album showcases the band's incredible ability to weave together elements of occult rock, heavy psych, and classic doom metal into something truly special. The ethereal vocals of Jex herself float like smoke over crushing riffs and mystical atmospheres, creating an experience that's both beautiful and ominous.
