Background information about 'OMNI'
Moon Destroys are back, and they've got something to prove. Featuring current and former members of Torche, Abrams, and Royal Thunder, this band has always been a melting pot of heavy music's finest traditions. But on OMNI, they've distilled everything into something sharper, hungrier, and utterly irresistible.
Where their previous album She Walks by Moonlight stretched out into expansive, psychedelic soundscapes, OMNI cuts straight to the chase. This is post-grunge with a backbone of riff-doom, drenched in driving psychedelia that never overstays its welcome. Each track hits like a concentrated blast of everything this band does best — hook-heavy, immediate, and impossible to shake. The shimmering guitars, the thunderous rhythm section, the vocals that soar somewhere between desperation and defiance… it's all here, tighter and more focused than ever. There's an energy running through this record that feels like a band rediscovering why they started making music in the first place. OMNI isn't just an album — it's a statement. Moon Destroys are ready to fully unleash what they can do, and honestly? It's about damn time.
