This isn't just another stopgap release — it's a standalone beast, a 40-minute sonic pilgrimage that bridges the raw, blistering energy of their early days with the surgical precision of their modern incarnation. Eight tracks, seven of them brand-new studio recordings and one live cut, and not a single second is wasted.

The album opens with the title track "I, Scvlptor", a crushing declaration of intent that sets the tone for what follows. "Lord ov the Horizons" is pure Behemoth at their most anthemic, while the re-recorded "Rise of the Blackstorm of Evil" (originally from 1992's The Return of the Northern Moon) and "In Thy Pandemaeternum" (from 1998's Pandemonic Incantations) get a modern sonic facelift that honors their primitive spirit. Then there are the covers — and what covers! "In League With Satan" (Venom) features none other than Shagrath of Dimmu Borgir, while "The Return of Darkness and Evil" (Bathory) sees Sakis Tolis of Rotting Christ adding his unmistakable voice. It's a historic convergence of extreme metal's most iconic frontmen, and it sends chills down the spine.
