Background information about 'Noble Art Of Desolation'
The Great Sea emerges as a testament to the ever-evolving soundscape of modern music. Their debut album, "Noble Art Of Desolation", is an odyssey through time and consciousness. The band delves into the primal roots of humanity, weaving a tapestry of sound that reflects both the majesty and tumultuous depths of nature. This record stands as a beacon for those yearning for connection with what once was—the untouched wildernesses and unspoken mysteries that echo through our collective past.
Founded by JR (Long Distance Calling) and SH (Ordeal & Plight) in 2022, The Great Sea crafts an ambiance that resonates with the grandeur of towering mountains and the enigmatic expanse of oceans. Collaborations with Phil Jonas (Crone, ex-Secrets Of The Moon) and Azathoth (Gràb, ex-Dark Fortress) lend their unique artistry to this sonic voyage. As waves crash over frost-covered shores, each note shimmers like a forgotten memory—an invitation to explore the boundless realm where nature's power meets human introspection.
