The incorrigible headbangers in Leather Lung have heard the pleas of their enthusiastic following and delivered with "Graveside Grin" - a raucous full-length that's everything you'd want from these Boston maniacs. This proper debut album packs a thick, chugging concoction of stoner metal, doom, and unrelenting sludge into a refreshingly heavy brew with a seriously catchy kick. The New England five-piece knows exactly what fun means, and it shows in every crushing riff and pounding rhythm section that drives this beast forward.

What makes this album so damn exciting is how Leather Lung have evolved from their punk and hardcore roots into something that feels both familiar and fresh. Following their string of killer EPs like "Reap What You Sow" (2014) and "Dive Bar Devil" (2022), they've now expanded to a five-piece with the addition of a second guitarist, giving their sound even more crushing power. After destroying crowds at DesertFest New York and Psycho Las Vegas, these Eastcoast freaks are ready to take their substance-fueled boogie metal worldwide, and "Graveside Grin" is the perfect vehicle for that mission.
